I was first introduced to the sounds of Poverty Hollow in 2007 at the January Ice Jam. I have known many of the band members for some time and being aware of their talents, I was intrigued and anxious to hear what their collaborative effort would bring. Knowing the quality of music that each of them as capable of performing, I had no doubt that Poverty Hollow would strike my bluegrass fancy. And that they did. Their unique song choices, cutting edge picking styles and harmony vocals keep your bluegrass ears on their toes! Poverty Hollow has a new dynamic website developed by iBest.net of Wilmington, NC, the original developer of self-maintaining bluegrass websites.
